About the role This is a remote position. We are hiring across Canada! (with Metro Vancouver and GTA preferred) As a result of our continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and motivated web designer (with an emphasis on UI/UX). Part of a team where thinking outside the box is encouraged. The successful candidate must have a strong sense of user interface design, user experience considerations, information architecture, typography, color theory and layout design. They should live and breathe modern web design best practices. Despite having high quality standards, people must communicate the so-called “Pixel Perfect” in everything they do. We’re always evolving our tools, training, and best practices, and we need someone who shares the same high values ​​and won’t settle for anything less. The candidate must know information architecture, data structures, sitemaps, content mapping, view states, hierarchy principles, usability testing and understand that they are designed to achieve a goal for our customers (conversions, sales, leads, etc.). The candidate must be someone who is comfortable with client orientation, participating in creative launches, drafting and reviewing creative briefs, conducting exploratory interviews, and working alongside other designers to deliver and lead as needed.
