responsibilities
• Provide on-site support for scheduled meeting events. This includes room setup, support for MicrosoftTeams, Webex, and more
• Hosting events with executive members
• Helping to train members in the field of office technology (Surface Hub, Poly X50, Poly 30, etc.)
• Assist in creating training materials for meeting room technology
• Ongoing activities and deliverables, if required
Qualifications
• Multimedia specialist 2-3 years
• Experience in managing multimedia support systems 2-3 years
• Understanding of multimedia infrastructure 2-3 years
• Creation of user manual documentation for 2-3 years
• 2-3 years experience with meeting room technology
• Degree or university degree
