coppersmithing methods
1- coppersmithing method in the past
The method of coppersmithing in ancient times was different from time. This method was such that the master first turned the copper into sheets. To do this, a furnace was used, that is, copper plants were placed inside the furnace, and when the copper became molten, this plant was taken out and poured into a special mold. Then they worked with a hammer to make the ingots from the kiln into sheets. As the metal cooled, it was no longer possible to continue working, so they reheated the copper, and this process continued until they reached the desired diameter and size, and produced the desired container and device.

With the passage of time and human progress in all walks of life, the nature of preparation and production of copper products has undergone changes and has made this process easier. It consumes less time and has higher accuracy and quality. At present, after the copper is taken out of the furnace and is in the form of ingots, the checking process is no longer performed. Instead, the copper ingot is cut under the wheel and turned into a copper sheet. Using these wheels, the desired size and thickness are obtained.
