Introducing different types of lemonade

Orange lemonade

To prepare orange lemonade, you must provide the following ingredients:

  • 1- * Fanjan sugar
  • 2- 2 cups of water
  • 2 tablespoons grated lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons grated orange peel
  • 1- 1 cup of fresh lemon juice at least 10 lemons
  • 1- 1 cup of fresh orange juice at least 5 oranges
  • 6 cups of cold water

To prepare orange lemonade, you must first combine sugar and 1-2 cups of water in a large frying pan and let it boil, and after cooling, we add the rest of the ingredients to it and pour it on the ingredients in the pitcher. Cover, and refrigerate for up to 1 hour. To serve orange lemonade, you can put a slice of fruit in each glass, and serve.

1 cup of orange lemonade has 136 calories, zero cholesterol, fat and protein, 1 mg of sodium and 35 g of carbohydrates.
