Rapeseed oil
Rapeseed oil has a high nutritional value because it contains unsaturated fatty acids and no cholesterol. There is a great deal of variation in fatty acid composition between canola oils and under different conditions. Some rapeseed seeds in the rapeseed group have less than 30 micromoles of glucosinolate per gram of flour, and their seed oils contain high unsaturated fatty acids, about 2% or less uric acid, and their oils are consumed orally.
